What follows applies to the public website at https://aiexperienceroom.com, that is, the pages in front of you.

It does not extend to the client Rooms hosted on subdomains of aiexperienceroom.com. Every Room is run for one particular brand under its own separate agreement, so whatever you type inside a Room falls under that brand’s privacy notice. No account is required to read this site, and we never ask you to identify yourself. As with any web server, the infrastructure delivering these pages keeps ordinary request logs: your IP address, which page was asked for, the date and time, the page you came from, and your browser’s user agent.

Those logs exist so we can keep the site running and look into errors or abuse. We do not assemble a profile out of them, and they are never sold or shared for advertising.

We rely on PostHog to tally page views and learn which parts of this site are genuinely read. The default state is off: no PostHog code is fetched, started or run before you click Accept in the consent banner.

Once you accept, PostHog logs page views, the page address, the referring page, a rough location inferred from your IP address, and general details about your device and browser. Automatic capture of clicks and form activity is turned off. One further event, booking_completed, is recorded when a working session gets booked; it holds nothing but the event type identifier and the language of the page, never your name, your email or your notes.

You can take that consent back at any point: open the “Privacy choices” link in the footer of any page and click Decline. The stored choice is erased and collection stops. Whichever way you decide, this site carries no advertising pixels, no session recording and no cross-site trackers.

The choice you make is itself kept in your browser’s local storage, which spares you the same question on every page. That entry never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us.

Accept analytics and PostHog will write cookies and local storage entries of its own so it can recognise a browser that comes back. Decline, and nothing beyond the consent entry described above is written to your browser.

Rather than going through the Vimeo player, the demonstration video on this page is served straight from Vimeo’s content delivery network as an ordinary video file, which means that loading it hands your IP address to that CDN exactly as any network request would, while our use of it sets no cookies.

The form on the home page belongs to us, but the reservation itself is created through the Cal.com API. On confirmation, your name, email address, time zone and whatever you put in the notes field go to Cal.com and are shared with us so that the meeting can take place.

The request also includes a fixed field called source whose value is “Landing page (.com)”. It notes which of our surfaces produced the booking and says nothing about you.

Cal.com handles the booking as our service provider, governed by its own privacy policy. The session itself runs on Cal Video. Your email address serves to confirm, move or follow up on the session you reserved.

Personal information is never sold. It goes only to the providers required to operate this site and to hold a booked session — at present our hosting provider, Vimeo (for the demonstration video), Cal.com, and PostHog when you have accepted analytics — plus anyone the law obliges us to disclose it to.

Information may be processed by our providers beyond Québec and beyond Canada, the United States included.
